full moon
loving this full moon energy — it was fullest at 530 am this morning…just after i fell alseep after being up from 230-5 am.
taught a GREAT yoga class this morning focusing on life force, heart, truth & eternal + unending bliss!
enjoying the olympics ….girls gymnastics is my favorite. swimming is next ….sand volleyball is fun. ping pong is hilarious. i heard the badmiton teams got caught cheating — i know that feeling all too well…having cheated on matt a few times, only to have my conscious lead me to tell him the truth and to this day, i still deal with the consequences….but we manage to continue to make it work.

hoping we can get on our boat in the morning — the ocean is like a lake and crystal clear — before the wind picks up mid afternoon into evening.
also on my mind, tying matt up and tickle torturing him ….and wearing jeans and a sheer shirt in the ocean soaking my clothes.
